The time and time zone
Relevant logs with secrets removed
The requested action and evidence of authority over the asset

How reports are handled

The operator can exclude a target IP or domain, review the incident, or pause external tools. HTTP redirects and WHOIS referrals can create limited additional connections.

Port checks attempt a TCP connection without sending application data. Rate limits do not prevent every distributed abuse scenario.
